Not only do we have to deal with the consequences of that on our confidence, our health, our energy, but also we are often left with the guilt, shame, and embarrassment of it too.

As women we are bombarded with messages telling us how to look after ourselves, so much so we have stopped listening to our own judgement on such things.

What exactly is this thing?

Part online programme, part challenge, part research project, The Big Fat Wellbeing Experiment is an opportunity to explore what it means to truly be well and to put yourself first for a change.

To prioritise our health and wellbeing for 90 days, with the support of a kick-arse coach, some world-class experts AND of course the support of each other,

You get to chose the habits and behaviours you want to focus on, the programme provides you with the mindset support, insights and structures to keep you inspired and motivated to make a change.

Having run something similar 2 years ago for more than 300 women, I used the data for a Tedx on the Fear of Judgement for Plus Size Women, (you can watch the full video below) this is a new and improved version, also building upon the Thrive Inside online wellbeing service I provided for women during the first UK lockdown.

And who am I?

My name is Julie Creffield and I have been supporting plus-size women for more than a decade to make changes in their life.

It's never been about what you have to lose, but instead what you have to gain.

I am a 5 times marathon runner, triathlete, mountain climbing, ocean swimming, adventurer.

I have been everything from a size 22 to an "almost" size 14 over the last 15 years, but what I know to be 100% is...when I neglect my wellbeing, it doesn't matter what size I am, everything else goes to pot.

Wellness is more than weightloss, its about nurturing yourself, listening to your body, having the space to explore what your body, mind and soul needs.

And hey, sometimes becoming lighter or smaller is a welcome side effect.

Having safe and non-judgemental spaces to talk about this stuff, having folks to reach out for support when it gets tough.

As a Mum, I want to change the way women see their bodies, I want to role model what it looks like to look after yourself...I want to show her its OK to be a masterpiece and a work in progress both at the same time.

I am a transformational life and business coach and community engagement strategist, that has helped literally tens of thousands of women to take action over the past 10 years.

I am an in demand international speaker, have been featured in the media in more than 50 countries, and even did a 6 week fitness segment on ITV's This Morning.
